Description:
    Radial velocities have been measured for an unbiased sample of 239
    late-type M giants in the b=-4{deg} galactic bulge window (Baade's
    window). The radial velocities were acquired at the AAT Observatory.

Note on Mbol: assuming Ro = 7.8 kpc from Frogel & Whitford (1987ApJ...320..199F)
