Description:
We analysed the 11cm Galactic Plane survey carried out with the
Effelsberg 100-m telescope for small diameter sources. We present a
list of 6483 radio sources with a maximum apparent size of 12' and peak
flux densities >40mJy/beam area. Point-like sources are almost evenly
distributed over the surveyed area, except that we miss some sources
in the highly confused inner part of the Galaxy and the Cygnus X
complex. At Galactic longitudes l>100deg the list of compact sources
is almost complete above an integrated flux density limit of 70mJy.
Most of them are extragalactic. Extended sources show a concentration
towards the Galactic Plane. At longitudes l<100deg the scale height is
about 0.6deg. An excess of about 900 extended sources is most likely
    of Galactic structure.

Note (2): Error class is made of four digits meaning:
1st digit = positional error in units of 10arcsec
2nd digit = integrated flux density error in units of 10%
3rd digit = size error in units of 20arcsec
4th digit = error of the position angle in units of 5deg
Note (3):
Due to a bug in the source sorting program, 12 sources have a double
entry in the printed table. The 12 sources flagged in this column with
    sequence number 838, 1237, 1293, 3743, 3999, 4091, 4641, 4700, 5014,
5632, 5789, and 6264 should be skipped, reducing the total number of
sources listed in the table to 6483.
