for FeIII (Z=26, 24 electrons) over the 23871 transitions between the
219 levels summarized in file 'levels', for the set of temperatures:
3000, 5000, 7000, 10000, 12000, 15000, 17000, 20000, 25000,
30000, 35000, 40000, 45000, 50000, 60000, 70000, 80000, 90000, and
100000 K.
