Description:
   The Dwingeloo telescope was used to make a fully sampled continuum survey
   of absolute brightness temperature at 820 MHz. The resolution of the map
   is 1.2 degrees. Correction for radiation into the antenna sidelobes has
   been made. The random error in the brightness temperatures is +/- 0.2 K;
   systematic effects between different parts of the map are smaller than 
   0.3 K. The absolute zero level is determined from a comparison with horn
   measurements and has a standard error of +/- 0.6 K if the theoretical 
   value of the zenith extinction is assumed to be correct. The temperature
   scale is known to better than 6%.
