Description:
   This 1420 MHz continuum survey made with the Stockert 25-m telescope
   covers the declination range -19 degrees < delta < 90 degrees. The
   effective resolution of the survey is about 35 arcminutes, and the 
   effective sensitivity in full beam brightness temperature is about
   50 mK. Two sets of four images each are included: one set is in 
   equatorial coordinates and the other in galactic coordinates.
