Description:
   The data, including coordinates, are taken from the paper reporting the 
   observations. If the declination coordinate is omitted from this catalog, 
   the paper did not list coordinates and the RA value is included here only 
   for sorting purposes. 

   The columns list: (1) Whether a maser was reported as detected. 1=yes, 0=no, 
   -1=marginal;(2) Name (and Alternamte name, if available) (3) RA; (4) Dec; 
   (5) Velocity; (6) 1 sigma noise in mJy; (7) channel size in km/s; 
   (8) Bandwidth in MHz, or velocity range searched; (9)
   Telescope used; (10) Reference.
