Description:
This catalog contains the orbits and the derived masses of 436
spectroscopic binaries for which articles were published between 1982
and 1986. The magnitudes and spectral types are from the Centre de
Donnees astronomiques de Strasbourg. The notes are not included in

History:
The machine-readable version of this catalogue was reformatted and
checked in the CDS by O.Yu. Malkov in 1989. It differs from the
original printed version on the following points :

    a) The periods are all expressed in days.

    b) The errors coming from the preparation of the catalogue that were
detected by Malkov in Bull.Inf.CDS 36 (1989) were corrected.
Symbols':' were written in the corresponding reference-column for
systems number 4,8,23,31,126,168,172,189,239,247,259 and 277; for
these systems errors in the astrophysical parameters coming from
       the sources were detected.

    c) The inaccuracy flags in P, e, K1, V01 and f(m) for systems number
       85,99, 106,111,126,185,310,361,374,393, and 421 were removed.
Symbols ':' were written in the corresponding reference-column if
       '*' were absent there.

     d) The letters O and o were changed for 0 (zero) for systems number
        250 (in m2sin3i) and 382 (in f(m)).

    e) The decimal points were added when they were missing.

The references were keypunched by W.Maslo.
