Description:
   The General Catalogue of Variable Stars (GCVS), 2nd Edition (Kukarkin, et
   al. 1958) contains 21 cross identification tables that connect the many
   types of names historically given to variable stars with the standardized
   designations, especially those used in the GCVS and the Catalogue of
   Suspected Variables (CVS).  This catalog contains Table 6, which lists
   Durchmusterung (DM) catalog numbers, Catalogue of Suspected Variables (CSV)
   numbers, coordinate designations, GCVS numbers, and other identifiers for
   stars in the GCVS, 2nd Edition.
