Description:
B and V photographic photometry is collected for approximately 2000 stars
near the south galactic pole with 0.8<B-V<1.20; v<19.0, and B<20.06.
Velocities with respect to the local standard of rest are provided for
   approximately 500 K dwarfs and K giants.
