Description:
   Data on the rate of mass loss, taken from the literature, are presented
   for 271 stars of spectral types O through M, population I. Fields given
   are sequence number, effective temperature, log of luminosity scaled to
   solar luminosity, average logarithmic rate of mass loss in solar masses
   per year, number of methods used in deriving average value of rate of
   mass loss, and residuals.
