Description:
   This catalog contains spectral types, blue and yellow magnitudes, both 
   equatorial and galactic positions, and, where available, HD numbers
   for 562 O-B5 stars and emission-line objects. The limiting magnitude 
   is about 12.5 and the area surveyed is a broad belt in the galactic
   longitude range 237-281deg.
