Description:
This is the fourth catalogue of photometric data in the Stroemgren
    system obtained during the period June 18, 1992 - August 23, 1994
in the framework of the Long-Term Photometry of Variables (LTPV)
program at the European Southern Observatory.
Since our goal is not absolute (all-sky) photometry, the observations
should be used for differential photometry only.
The mean values of the r.m.s. deviations of the differential
measurements of comparison stars are around (from Table 3 of paper)

Important Notice:
The file "ltpv4.dat" which was accessible at CDS before 20 October 1996
    was incorrect.

History of the Catalogue:
  * The original LaTeX files were provided by Chris Sterken in LaTeX
format in November 1995; an unfortunate error in the translation
from latex to ascii made at CDS generated an erroneous "ltpv4"
file, which was only detected in October 1996 thanks to
    Ali Moujtahid <moujtahi@mesioq.obspm.fr>
  * 21-Oct-1996: file "ltpv4.dat" recreated at CDS.

Acknowledgements:
We thank Chris Sterken <csterken@vub.ac.be> for providing the
    original catalogue in LaTeX format.
