ADC_Keywords: Astrographic zones

Description:
    This is a catalogue of X,Y rectangular coordinates values which
    are measured on astrographic plates of stars in the
    declination zone -02 to +31 degrees. The right ascension and 
    declination values can be calculated from these X,Y values. The files
    contain the photographic magnitudes or coefficients from which the
    magnitudes can be calculated. The epoch for the observation is also 
    given.
