Description:
The elements in this file are for the equinox 1950.0 and the epoch 1988/08/27.
This file, in addition to the elements, provides the absolute magnitude of the
planet, a list of the planets whose positions have been taken into account in
determining the elements, and the number of observations and oppositions used
for improving the elements.  The first and last year of the observations used
for the improvement of the elements, a code for the source of the elements, the
author of the elements, and the date on which the elements were computed are
also given.
