Description:
   The Fortran files contain the necessary software for creating, testing,
   and using the file on the user's computer. The data file is the
   ephemeris data themselves, containing the ephemeris of all nine planets,
   the Sun, the Moon, the solar system barycenter, the Earth-Moon barycenter,
   nutations, and librations. The software is written entirely in Fortran 77,
   and the resulting files are written on disk as direct access files. The
   coordinate system for ephemerides with a DE number 200 or greater are in
   respect to the mean equator and equinox of J2000, coinciding with the
   origin of the FK5.
