Description:
   This catalog contains meridian circle observations of the right
   ascensions of equatorial stars (within 3 deg.) observed at the Tokyo
   Observatory. The proper motions were determined by combining the
   positions in this catalog with observations in various earlier
   catalogs. The right ascensions are on the FK3 system and have been
   reduced to the mean equinox 1950.0 using Newcomb's precession
   constants. They are also given without the applied proper motions. The
   mean error of the right ascension for each star is approximately
   0.004s. The catalog contains for each star, in addition to the 1950.0
   right ascensions, a running number, the BD number, the magnitude, the
   probable error of the right ascension, the epoch of the observation,
   the precession and secular variation, the annual proper motion in
   right ascension, the probable error of the proper motion, and the
   relative weight of the materials on which the proper motion is based.
   The catalog also contains the number of the star in the reports of the
   observations in the Tokyo Astronomical Bulletins from the year 1952 to
   1964, the number of the star in the KSZ catalog (Catalog of Faint
   Stars), the difference in right ascension compared to that in four
   other catalogs, and the numbers in each of these catalogs.
